Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on zc7777. If zc7777 discovers that a Player has opened multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — all such Accounts will be closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings generated may be voided at the Company's discretion. Any remaining genuine deposit Balance may be returned after verification at zc7777's sole discretion.
All Accounts are subject to KYC verification before withdrawals may be processed. zc7777 may request copies of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination.

You must not share your Account access with any third party. zc7777 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
Players are required to keep their Account information accurate and current. Failure to maintain accurate information may affect your ability to access Account recovery services or process withdrawals.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. zc7777 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory provisions. Players will be notified by email before any such fees are applied. Any remaining Balance after deduction of applicable fees will be held for a further period before being treated in accordance with the applicable licensing authority's unclaimed funds policy.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting zc7777 support. Any remaining Balance (net of pending withdrawal requests and applicable fees) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following satisfactory KYC confirmation. Deposits must be made from payment accounts owned and registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take between ten (10) and thirty (30) minutes depending on the sending bank. zc7777 does not charge deposit fees; however, the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. zc7777 targets same-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. zc7777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including large or unusual transactions.
Withdrawals from a Balance that includes active Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being met in full. zc7777 will clearly communicate the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time any Bonus offer is made. Players who wish to withdraw before meeting a Wagering Requirement may do so, but the relevant Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
Note: Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR only. zc7777 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by zc7777 are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. zc7777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zc7777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. zc7777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

zc7777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time without prior notice where there is reason to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, that the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or that a regulatory requirement mandates such action. During a suspension, access to the Account Balance may be restricted pending investigation.
zc7777 may permanently terminate an Account where a serious breach of these Terms is established, where KYC verification reveals fraudulent identity information, where a regulatory authority requires the closure, or where continued operation of the Account would expose zc7777 to legal or compliance risk. Upon termination for cause, Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. A Player may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to the zc7777 support team. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the closure date.
